This cookie provides useful insight into how well the website is responding.

It is used to understand what users do in PCL websites: it’s a web analytics service provided by Microsoft. 

ASP.Net session

These cookies keep track of enquiries associated with a unique visitor and are always created if cookies are not disabled in the web browser. They are required to enable the website to function normally. Personal data is not collected. These cookies expire automatically when you close the web browser (Session cookie).

It helps us recognise when you are signed into your Premium Credit account. It is not possible to login to our website without this cookie being operational.

Visual Web Optimiser (_vis_opt_s/_vis_opt_test_cookie/_vwo_uuid_v2)

VWO allows Premium Credit Limited to test variations of web pages in order to improve the online experience for users. Data is anonymous and is only used internally by Premium Credit Limited.

SessionCam

We use SessionCam on our websites to help us understand the behaviour of our website visitors. SessionCam will collect information such as the details of mouse movements, page scrolling and click activity of individual visitors. SessionCam may also record data entered into our website forms. We use the data collected to identify where visitors struggle the most so that we can improve these areas of our websites.
